Krapf Foods Krapf Foods A marketing strategy is a process that allows an organization to direct its limited resources on broad opportunities, which increase its sales and sustain a competitive advantage (Meerman, 2011). This asserts that marketing significantly enhances a strong customer relationship and creates value for customers. Therefore, organizations should scan the internal and external environment before developing a business strategy. This is because the marketing strategies are interactive and vibrant, and they determine whether a business succeeds or fails.

Furthermore, there are several types of marketing strategies, which include those based on market dominance, marketing battle strategies, and porter generic strategies. This paper will discuss how Krapf Foods has managed to employ its website as a potent marketing tool, explaining the things that work well on the website and what could be made better. In the recent past, most organizations have substantially increased their online presence. This form of marketing is recognized as internet marketing or online marketing.

In addition, there are several types of internet marketing. Internet marketing has several merits and demerits. Internet marketing is quite cheap to reach the target audience and it can also allow for online shopping. In this case, Krapf Foods uses its website as part of its marketing strategy. A website is considered one of the most effective marketing tools. According to most business analysts, a high-impact website is regarded as a remarkably potent marketing tool. Apart from acting as a marketing tool, websites enhance the image of an organization; they educate about the business and also serve as a communication tool with the customers (Moran & Hunt, 2008).

All these features are included on Krapf Foods’ website. Krapf Foods’ website contains summarized information about the organization’s business. This notifies the customers of what they are supposed to expect from this organization. The website also includes a news center whereby all the latest news regarding the organization is detailed. Furthermore, Krapf Foods has also included prior information about the company which also includes some of the major brands that the business deals with.

This information is extremely critical in ensuring that the company attracts its target market. Moreover, Krapf also included an investor center section that allows investors to buy shares from the company. All the sections included in their website can significantly increase customer traffic (Cockrum, 2011). In addition, the developers of the website could have included a live communication tool on the website to make it better. This is because when using a live communication tool, the customers are able to intermingle with the representatives of the business in a timely and one on one manner.

This can boost the online presence of the firm, especially in service provision since; the needs of their customers are met without any delays (Cockrum, 2011). In conclusion, websites are increasing the customer traffic of most organizations. This is because, the technological advancements in the recent world probe most individuals to use the internet in most of their dealings. Therefore, organizations like Krapf Foods among other corporations, which employ online marketing, should ensure that their businesses are able to succeed in the online world.

They should properly evaluate the internet as one of the best marketing tools based on the recent technological enhancements in the business world (Kent, 2004).
