This reflective paper is structured based on Gibbs’ model of reflection—description, feelings (reflective topics or reflected views), evaluation, analysis, conclusion, and action plan (Moon, 2013). The purpose of the project has confronted the different aspects of maintaining good health through a fair that inculcates the positive impact of good team work and supplies proper health resources. They have managed the proper reflection on the catering service to create an easy communication with the people in the health fair. The health fair organised in the areas of the Ontario, which is in the eastern province of Canada, has facilitated the follow-up about the topics on the ability of the institution to communicate clearly. Through the students, who are communicating with the individuals on different health control opportunities, efficient support has been maintained. They have reflected the views about the purpose and effects of control. The basic situation on the issue of the consequence in considering the following allocation of the ideas to enhance the ability to manage the programs other than the health has done by the students. This has done the measurement regarding the efforts of the organized factors to control the basic perspective with cost effectiveness evaluations. The evidence of the effective methods of health promotion are: The evaluation regarding the modern approaches has inculcated the improved program along with the practices. The communities are making perception of the problems regarding the violence that has affect the behavioural needs. The best availability regarding the evidence that could be tracked down according to the availability of the programs for the evidence that could supply the needs. The identification of the means has always supported the techniques according to the review of the bibliographic databases, which was carried out to regulate the appropriation relating to the articles that the students have studied (Daniels,1995). The available information regarding the appropriate programs is gathered for the reflections on the practices that are best available and accessible for validation along with the useful effect in the society. The epidemiology reflecting the rationale topic of the health that supports the fair The group of the students has innately reflected the ideas to communicate with the individuals. They have taken the approach to help each of the team members to consider the aspects. These proposals are essentially contending the epidemiological finding that has taken into the consideration for pushing the ideas of liberalism that should make the areas for the intervention of the public health. The basic liberties are achieving beyond the constraints of the standards in respect of the choice of an individual. The values of proper health are significantly depicted in the health fair program of the societies for more prudential along with the moral reasons regarding the valuation of the health that seems to animate the clear reinterpretation regarding the cases of the public health. The violence regarding the domestic blurs has performed the distinction regarding the crucial effect in the justification for the interventions in the state. The basic valuation regarding the confusion that inculcates the conceptual values has opted for a relative defence in the economy of that area (Hugman,2009). The role of the epidemiological evidence has supported the references that have found the urging regulations to control the factors of both revisions. The liberal approaches for this expansion have distinctly figured in the activities regarding the public health. There must not be any perspective to cover the inequalities for the assumption of the different allocations in the access of the aiming health care issues. Reflection regarding the plans for the stall The activities in relation to the planning of the fair have always been organised according to the views of the planning manager of the entity. As a co-ordinator in the fair the abilities are teaching the senior official about the best proceedings of the event in the health care systems of the public. The group had decided to meet every Tuesday in lectures and after lectures to plan for the stall. It was revealed in our meetings that all the queries have supported the considerations to take the options for the growth of the project. The allocation of the general funds is expected by the management official as regards the concept of the considerable progress. This has also depicted the values regarding the proper decision so that people can perform the simplification of the consecutive operations to control the factors of the health aspect of the individual of the areas (Barry,1954). The ill-treated people should be provided with the proper assessment regarding the health approach of the individual. Strategies rationalising the education of the health inculcating the heath fair Certain debate has been considered as regards following up the techniques to achieve the considerations for the core values for the ethical principles regarding the assessment of the personal approach. The inculcated strategies are as follows: As a co–ordinator the policies to recover the health related issues are always building the strong approach so that no discrepancies may occur to recover the understandings of the project. The promotions of health are always regulating the health care. The action regarding the strengthening the abilities of the communities have settled the empowerment to control all the endeavours along with the destinies. The matter regarding the various institutions along with the community groups for the system of the considerable progress in the health significant issues has shared the potentiality of the respective professionals of health for the recovery of the caring systems. Assessment of resources for the allocation of health systems The questions for the operation of the consequences concerning the assessment of the health system has inculcated the dealings of the large systems and reflected why the fair should be carried out. The group has been able to access the needed resources for the health fair. The group has resources for the life leaflet and for other needed equipment, such as that for making smoothie. However, money spent on fruit came from the individual pocket and the group also had to shoulder the expense for a knife since the uni catering service was not allowed to provide the group with one. As coordinator of the resources, it become apparent that the determination is possible along with the achievement of the objectives of the health that are meant to be in a good arrangement to consider the helpful opportunities along with the easy responsiveness contributing the financial fairness. The systematic progress regarding health appraisal is always feasible for the advancement of the ailing health programme in the society. The system has also demanded regarding the approach could avoid the requirements for the estimation regarding the expected system. However, these systems are showing the truth aspects but the objectives are unknown to the respective systems. Reflected evaluation regarding the summary of the attendees in the respective events The possibilities regarding the total views of the observation are likely limitless to the constraints according to the behaviours, reactions, environmental features along with the settings of the physical needs (Bachelet,2011). The fair has been successful as shown by the number of attendees and positive feedback from them. The success of the project can also be attributed to other factors such as good team work; support from the catering manager; the team is very interactive and supportive, and so on. The record keeping techniques probable to measure in this condition has the effect that has seriously keeping the reports of the project. The event based on the views inculcating the certain perspective of the variety of the elements has evaluated the potentiality regarding the outcomes of the delivery system for the characteristics of the health programme. Often the sites of the program have supported the observation regarding the impossible approach of the people to confer the activities to inculcate the sites along with the documents for the project. The findings are assessing to generalize the views to organise the total population of the respective areas for the probable cause to operate the consequences of the health mission. Conclusion regarding the future health along with the education practices As a project co-ordinator from the recent approaches, the conceptual framework has depicted the circumstances for the maximisation of the approach for the acceleration regarding the results of the research has gathered and the targeted transfers from the agencies of the health care along with the quality of the simultaneous safety according to the research portfolio. This has also leaded the elucidation regarding the co-ordination of the strategies for the definition of the proper health aspects in the field of health and the social care in the fair of the society. Action Plan The group has observed the disadvantages during the fair that prevented the realization of some of the objectives of the project. There were four disadvantages observed: disorganisation at the beginning of the fair; poor communication overall from team members; started the fair 30 minutes late; and cooked food was not displayed due to the lack of microwave. Basically, the disadvantages were poor communication, organisation, and time keeping. Therefore, the group formulated an action plan for the success of future health fair. The first action plan concerns communication among team members. The group should apply a functional and structuration form of communication in order to appropriately organize activities and prevent disadvantages. The functional communication model states that members of the group should dedicate themselves to making the optimal decision; evaluate and determine the resources required to accomplish the group’s mission; establish rules and steps for the members to follow; and evaluate the process of decision-making and perform any needed modifications to the decision (Cobley & Schulz, 2013). Similarly, the structuration communication model would have been helpful to the group because this teaches how to establish group structures that could help in organising resources, time, duties, and so on. Through this form of communication group members will have a clear understanding of their assignments and objectives, and will not lose sight of their primary goal (Cobley & Schulz, 2013). With regard to the attendees, the group may use Monroe’s Motivated Sequence in order to effectively communicate the reasons and goals of the activity. The model has eight steps, namely, attention step, need step, illustration, ramification, pointing, satisfaction, visualisation step, and action step. The attention step teaches one to effectively grab the audience’s attention; the need step persuades the audience that the problem is present (e.g. health issues); illustration provides an idea of the scale of the health issue; ramification makes use of backup materials to strengthen the point; pointing explains how the health issue affects the inhabitants; satisfaction provides possible solutions; visualisation step gives an idea of what will occur if the health issue is left unsolved; and action step motivates the people to do something about the health issue adversely affecting the community (Berry, 2006).
